Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

With most products, shipping usually occurs 1-3 business days after payment has been received. DNA Merchandise / DNA Sporting uses many different shipping providers and reserves the right to choose the provider on a per order basis. Shipping time may vary based on delivery location, size of package and any unforseen circumstances. If there is a issue with your order we will try to contact you as soon as possible.

Additional shipping costs and delivery time may be necessary for items that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses via USPS, this may add additional shipping fees. International customers are responsible for import duties, taxes, and/or VATs and they are not included in our total price.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR INTERNATIONAL PURCHASING

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs duties, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for import clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; DNA Merchandise / DNA Sporting has no control over these charges, nor can DNA Merchandise / DNA Sporting predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
